You and Roll Chique shall share in the costs of mediation. You and Roll Chique further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution procedures.

13.) LIMITED TIME TO FILE CLAIMS: You and Roll Chique agree that any Claim arising out of your use of any Roll Chique Website or application will be asserted within one (1) year after the Claim arises, or such Claim will be barred.
